FAQ - Frequently Asked QuestionsGeneralDo I have to be over 18 to join and play? Yes, due to legal reasons, we insist that all players are over 18 and in some cases, countries or states impose a minimum age limit of 21 before allowing the play of skill games for money stakes. You are responsible for ensuring that you are not breaking the law in the country you are logging in from. ChargesIs there a charge for registration or membership? No. How do we pay for your services? A flat fee is charged per board played on each hand. The charges are 3c per board in the 25c/100 room and 8c per board in the $1/100 room and 35c per board in the $5/100 room. For example, if you played 1000 hands in the 25c room it would cost you a total of $30; If you played 1000 hands at the $1/100 stake, it would cost only $80. We reserve the right to vary these charges both as to amount and/ or method but will not do so without publicising to all those registered. What chance have I of being a winner after deduction of charges.? Extensive analysis shows that in the 25c room, approximately 40% of players should win after charges have been deducted (i.e. 80% of winners should make a surplus). In the dollar room this percentage increases to 43%.(i.e. 86% of winners) Are there any other charges? The only additional charge will be applied if a game crashes whenever the crash is due to either slow play (timed out) or other reasons connected with an individual’s actions or the operation of that individual’s computer. The charge will be 1 stake point, in other words 25c in the 25c room, a dollar in the dollar room; although this charge will but put towards the arbitration/administration costs, it is fundamentally there as an incentive to complete the play of all hands, for the better enjoyment of everyone. The Company gives no guarantee that it will respond to such appeals but may waive the crashing charge in exceptional cases. What about the costs of depositing and withdrawing money via ewallet methods? The company has no control over these charges, however we provide a scheme which gives you an opportunity to obtain refunds to cover your transaction costs providing you play sufficient hands. This is explained here. BridgeDo you keep hand records? Yes, each and every hand is recorded and you can even replay the hand at any time after it has been archived.
