Terms of Membership

1. Bridge4Money.com Limited [B4M] provides bridge related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis to its members but gives no warranty as to the quality of such services. Bridge4Money.com is the name of a bridge club fully owned and operated by Bridge4Money.com Limited.
2. B4M consists of its members. Membership to B4M is by invitation extended by the Company Secretary on behalf of the Bridge4Money.com Limited directors. Membership ceases when the invitation is withdrawn and this may be done at any time by notice from the Secretary and without the need for any reason to be given. Guests may be permitted to participate on a like basis.
3. B4M reserves the right to refuse service to anyone on the grounds of suspicious behaviour.
4. By signing up as a member, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
   • Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with B4M is to stop using its products and services, and to cancel your account.
   • That B4M is not liable for any act or failure to act regarding conduct, communication or content on the service or use of products.
5. B4M bears no responsibility for technical aspects beyond its immediate control. Members are responsible for ensuring that their own hardware (personal computer, modem, etc.), software (operating system, internet browser, etc.) and internet connections (ISP's, cables, etc.) are all in working order.
6. All information located at B4M web-sites is copyright material and remains the exclusive property of B4M. Any member wishing to copy, re-use or distribute any such material beyond their personal consumption must obtain written permission from B4M management staff in advance
7. B4M will respect every member's privacy, but in certain instances, reserves the right to review all online actions which members have made.
8. B4M takes proactive steps to eliminate any cheating
• NO REFUNDS where a member is or has been involved in any ethics issue and elects to close their membership account, or where a member has their membership terminated as a result of an ethics issue.
9. B4M will not forward members' personal information to any third party.
10. B4M agrees to abide by the standards required by the UK Data Protection Act.
11. The Law of England shall apply to these Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT

Playing a Game for Skill where money is at stake, may, in some countries or states, be illegal. Some jurisdictions define it within "gambling" although, we operate as an exemption from this definition as we apply strict maximum charges per day that meet UK legal requirements for Rubber Bridge Clubs.

Internet Gambling may be illegal in jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are NOT authorised to use your payment card to complete this transaction

We require you to be familiar at the laws in your country or state pertaining to gambling

We specifically prohibit minors under the age of 18 (or 21 in some countries.)
